Podcaturday: In Which I Continue Bitching About Charlaine Harris

I know, I know. If I hate it so much, why do I keep reading it? Call it morbid curiosity and a sense of idiocy that compels me to torture myself and complain about it. I’m a whiny masochist.

This week, Podcaturday is back in full swing with some excellent discussion on books, book deals, Stephen King and Charlaine Harris being a cruddy writer with a good idea someone else was better at expanding on. Because hate me if you will, but I LOVE True Blood, and I don’t care what anyone says ‘cos I can’t stomach these terrible books. There was some Ouija board talk, and a big scolding from Acadia about how I shouldn’t poke dead people with sticks.

Then we went on to talk about the World Cup while James’ roommate, Nikki, and her friend chatter on in the background and I don’t even know what they’re saying.
