So when I was a little girl, around 4, I received the AWESOMEST Christmas Mouse as a gift. It, however, had a tag that was extremely itchy when I hugged my mouse, so I ripped it off and tossed it aside. A little while later my Aunt was picking up the wrapping paper & picked up my tag and glanced at it and read it aloud (not necessarily to anyone) “Do not remove under penalty of law” and then continued with her task. Okay, I’m 4 and I’m going to jail!!!

So the next 20 or so minutes I sat pretty quietly until I happened to look out the big bay window to see a police car pulling into my driveway. My family wasn’t paying attention as I slipped off the couch to hide in my closet be foe the policeman found me. I was in there about 2 hrs until my mom finally found me & got the whole story from me. She, of course, started laughing…my neighbor’s son is a police officer (I knew this but did not stay around to notice it was him coming to my house) and he was dropping by with a PRSENT FOR ME!!
