In this week’s episode of Podcaturday, Acadia and I head back into Skyrim after a much needed break, discussing the recent patch Bethesda issued, which is supposed to clear up several of the game’s most annoying glitches. The best glitch patch of all: the wonkiness PS3 players experience when they’ve been playing for several hours on end.
We also call out one of our most “dedicated” listeners, Robert Bodden, to try and find out why he never calls the hotline. Good question, Robert. Why don’t you answer it this week by calling the hotline to tell us?
And speaking of callers, we begin the intricate process of determining what the fuck ever happened to Adorable Kate. I am going to start putting up posters all of the Internet that say: HAVE YOU SEEN THIS GIRL?
Anyway, here’s your episode, early squirrelly Saturday! Before you listen, watch this video, especially if you’re a Skyrim fan. It’s freaking hilarious!
Poor Lydia. I killed her a long time ago, well… not literally. I just got her killed. That’s what happens when you hang out with me in Skyrim. You get dead. Just ask Lydia, and Iona, and Calder and Jordis the Swordmaiden… Oh, wait, you can’t ask them. They’re all dead. The only one I haven’t killed yet is Argis the Bulwark, and that’s only because I don’t have time to mess around and become a thane of Markarth, where all the guards are always hassling me and trying to take me to jail after that nasty Dwemer Museum break in.
Nice tribute to Lydia though. Poor girl. I hope she is living it up in the hall of the gods. Wait, do you get to go there if you’ve been electrocuted to death by mages? Huh… I wonder. Anyway, now you’ll pay… unless you listen to Podcaturday. Well, you’ll probably pay for that too, but whatever.
